We want you and your little artists to love the ArtSmart Board. If something isn't right, here's exactly how returns, refunds, and exchanges work.

1 Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2 Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or customized products
- Opened or used items
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer
3 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.
4 Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5 Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, please:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Contact your credit card provider.
- Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

6 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. For exchange requests, contact us at support@luxemart.ae or on WhatsApp at +971 50 327 1911.
7 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item received was damaged
- The wrong product was sent
- The item arrived defective
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for valuable items. We are not responsible for returns lost during shipping.
8 Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process after delivery.
